Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tubelify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are entered into between you and Brice Mourlon trading as Creagent Studio ("we", "us", "our"), SIRET 890 744 212 00014, registered in France.

Tubelify allows users to submit public YouTube video URLs to obtain AI-generated summaries, key concepts, and structured notes. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

AI summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. They are intended to assist comprehension, not to replace the original content. We make no warranty as to their accuracy or completeness.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account. You may register with an email and password, or use Google Sign-In. Google Sign-In is used solely to authenticate you and create your account — see our Privacy Policy for details on how Google user data is handled.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@tubelify.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs to content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Use the Service to generate content for spam, misinformation, or harmful purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated summaries as your own product without our written permission.

Tubelify processes publicly available YouTube content via the YouTube Data API v3 and publicly available transcripts. Use of this data is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any summary derived from YouTube content complies with applicable copyright law.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

Free plan users are limited to 5 summaries per month. We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable advance notice.

The Tubelify brand, interface, and original code are the property of Creagent Studio. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-generated summaries are derived from third-party YouTube content. We do not claim copyright over them. Their use is your responsibility.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brice Mourlon trading as Creagent Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data or profits — arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. If you are a consumer in the EU or United States, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or prominent notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
