Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and session state across page loads.

2. Cookies Tubelify uses

Tubelify uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

  • Authentication session cookie — keeps you signed in between page loads. Set when you log in and cleared when you log out. Duration: up to 1 week.
  • Guest trial token — a temporary token used to carry your trial summary through the registration flow so it is not lost. Expires after 24 hours.

3. No analytics or advertising cookies

Tubelify does not use any analytics platform (such as Google Analytics, Plausible, or Mixpanel) and does not run advertising networks. No cookie consent banner is shown because no non-essential cookies are set.

4. Third-party cookies

Tubelify uses a bot protection service on public forms. This service may set a short-lived cookie or use browser storage solely to verify that form submissions come from a human. It is strictly functional, does not track you across websites, and retains no personal data.

5. How to manage cookies

All modern browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking the authentication cookie will prevent you from staying signed in. Blocking the guest token cookie may cause your trial summary to be lost during registration.

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox:Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Tubelify after changes constitutes acceptance.
